What is your shipping policy? Where, how much, how quick?

• We'll ship anywhere in the world! If you're curious about how long it might take, feel free to contact us and we can help you figure that out. For deliveries outside the United States, there may also be unavoidable shipping fees depending on your address, but we'll be transparent and communicative the whole way! 
• We offer free economy shipping within the United States for all orders over $70- which includes all of our sabers! For orders below $70, we do charge shipping based on the carrier and the delivery address. 
• Handling time is usually within 3-5 days, with some exceptions. Shipping time is most often within 1-2 weeks, but can be a little longer depending on the delivery address and potential shipping delays out of our control (such as international customs). 

Do your lightsabers come with blades included? 

Yes! All of our lightsabers come ready to assemble and use the day you receive them (though be sure to charge them first!) 

I want to buy this for my kid, are they old enough?

It depends! We typically recommend 10 years old as a starting point, and we really don't recommend our sabers to children under 5 years of age. The rest is up to you to judge within the range what's appropriate for your situation - and we do have kid-approved sabers! 

What kind of guarantees or warranties do you have? 

• We offer a 60-day Money-back Guarantee; if you don't like our saber, return it to us, and we'll refund you for your purchase, no problem! 
• We offer a 1-year warranty on our lightsabers; they're really quite sturdy, but the occasional defect does happen. If that happens, send it to us, and we'll gladly send you a replacement! If we happen to be out of stock on that product, we'll offer alternative products or even a refund - buyer's choice! We stand by the quality of our products and want you to know you'll be well taken care of with us!
