Shipping policy

We provide carrier options for shipping at various speeds and pricing through USPS and UPS for all purchases under $70; above this amount, you can elect for free Economy shipping by default, which estimates 5 - 8 business days for shipping speed. It is not uncommon for the shipping carriers to deliver sooner than this, and there are some cases when shipping can take longer, particularly with international shipping and customs. In any event, we are responsive to any inquiries and can confirm the status of your order for you during transit whenever you like.

Handling time is typically within 3-5 business days, with some exceptions in either direction (sometimes it only takes a day, other times due to unforeseen delays it can take a little longer before the product can ship). When expected to take longer than 1 week for handling time, we will reach out to advise you of the delay.
